Cancel order

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law within 14 days of receiving their order. BagID voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from delivery and makes it available to all our customers worldwide.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact BagID immediately. When the order has been shipped you will have to return them to us.

You will be refunded in the same way that you paid during purchase.
