Add members to your Premium Family subscription
You can easily add members to your family subscription. Our subscription plan is designed for households with up to 5 family members.
- Open the BagID-app
- Tap 'More' at the bottom right
- Go to 'Subscription'
- Then, tap 'Add members'
Please note that the family member's subscription will not be activated immediately. It may take up to 24 hours for the subscription to become active.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the subscription is requested well in advance of any planned travel. You will receive a confirmation once the subscription is active for the respective member.
Remove members from your Premium Family subscription
If you want to remove a member from your subscription you need to contact us and we will do it for you.
