BagID app
- I did not receive an activation email after creating an account
- I forgot my password
- The BagID doesn't show up in the app when I try to add it
- There is an available firmware update in the app, but the device will not update.
- I can't find where to check in luggage for my flight in the BagID app
- I have a new mobile phone and are experiencing issues in the BagID app
- I get an error message when trying to connect to the BagID: "Not able to connect. Try again."
