- Open the Find My app
- Go to “Items” and choose your BagID
- Scroll down and enable "Mark as lost"
The Apple Find My app provides you with helpful notifications about your BagID’s location when it is not in your vicinity or has been lost. This functionality can only be activated when your BagID is not detected within your device’s Bluetooth range.
“Lost mode” is used when you have genuinely misplaced your item and you wish to share your contact information and a message with whomever finds it, facilitating its return to you.
