Change or cancel a subscription

You can easily change or cancel your subscription via our Subscription Portal.

You can manage your subscription by logging into our subscription portal here. Please use the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Once you've entered your email address, we will automatically send you a one-time password (OTP). Please remember to check your spam folder. Log in using the OTP. Once logged in, you will see your active subscription at the top of the page. Click to cancel.

Currently, it is not possible to modify your subscription. Please cancel your existing subscription and create a new one, or contact us at support@bagid.no for further assistance.
