Tracking can only be used with Samsung SmartThings Find.
The BagID has two core features: the electronic bag tag and the tracking functionality. As of today, the Samsung version only supports tracking via Samsung SmartThings Find and Samsung phones. Unfortunately, tracking for other Android phones are not supported yet, but we are working on a solution.
All smartphones that support apps can be used for digital baggage check-in. However, to use the tracking functionality with Samsung SmartThings Find, you will need a Samsung phone.
