Reboot of BagID
To reboot your device, click 3 times on the left button. A successful reboot will be confirmed by a beep from your device.
Executing a reboot can prove helpful if you encounter any challenges with your BagID, such as connectivity issues, baggage tag transfer or if the device appears to be 'frozen'.
Please be aware that the buttons may require a firm press, so don’t hesitate to make a few attempts if needed.
