Returning the order

EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law within 14 days of receiving their order. BagID voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from delivery and makes it available to all our customers worldwide.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for covering the return cost.

You will be refunded after we have received the products and can confirm that they are unused and in its original packaging.

You will be refunded in the same way that you paid during purchase.
