      Disconnect the BagID from your user account

      If your BagID is going to be used by a different BagID user, you need to disconnect the BagID from your user account by removing it in the app.

      Follow these steps:

      • Launch the BagID app and tap on 'BagIDs'.
      • Select the specific device you want to disconnect.
      • Scroll to the bottom and tap on 'Remove'.
      This action will sever the connection between your user and the device. Failing to do so will prompt a message indicating that the device is already linked to another user when a different user tries to add it.
