Having trouble with Apple Find My and your BagID? Try resetting it.
- Hold down the left button for 10 seconds
- Then, click the right button three times
- During the factory reset, the LED will turn red for three seconds, accompanied by three beeps
Please be aware that this action will solely erase Find My-related data in the BagID, and the button combination is only effective if Find My is activated on your BagID.
Important: Performing a factory reset will erase all pairing information. You need to remove the BagID from the Find My app and activate Find My functionality before it can be used again.
Please be aware that the buttons may require a firm press, so don’t hesitate to make a few attempts if needed.
