Yes, you can check in your luggage with a BagID attached.

According to regulations, batteries exceeding 0.3g of lithium or 2.7Wh are prohibited in checked baggage. Such batteries must be removed and carried in the cabin as carry-on items. BagID are under these levels and complies with regulations.

If you are asked at the airport whether your BagID complies with these regulations, you can open the BagID app and show them following:

  1. Open the BagID app
  2. Go to 'More'
  3. Tap on 'Regulations compliance'
