# Setting up a subscription

Go to our [subscription page](https://bagid.com/pages/subscription) to start setting up a subscription or 24h access to subscription features.

Choose the subscription you want and the subscription set up process will start. 

**Step 1: Proceed to checkout**

Press 'Apply coupon' if you have a discount code. 

**Step 2: Add your email address**

At this step it is extremely important that you use the **same email address** that you have or will use for your **BagID app account**, or the subscription features will not work in the app.

You will receive a six-digit one time password at the email address you submitted. Enter the code to continue setting up a subscription. 

**Step 3: Add your first and last name**

**Step 4: Add your billing address**

**Step 5: Add your payment information**

You will not be charged until the 30-day trial period is over.

**Step 6: Complete your order**

If everything looks ok, press 'Subscribe'

Note: You may be redirected to your bank page for 3D secure verification for which a token amount may be charged, which will be fully refunded automatically.
