The BagID doesn't show up in the app when I try to add it

Before you set up your BagID, please ensure that your device has enough battery.

Please also check the following Bluetooth settings on your phone:

  • Confirm that your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled in the settings.
  • Make certain that the BagID app has been granted permission to use Bluetooth. You can do this by accessing your phone’s settings and searching for the app.

Activate pairing mode on the BagID by pressing the left button once. Make sure the BagID beeps once and starts blinking blue. While not mandatory, we recommend using a phone with at least Android 10 or iOS 15, or a later version.
