The BagID is not responding when I press the buttons

If your BagID doesn't beep or light up when performing commands you should first make sure that the BagID is charged. If it is charged, try to reboot it by clicking three times on the left button. 

If that doen't work try a factory reset. Press the right button five times followed by 3 clicks on the left button.
