If your device isn't charging, try using different cables and/or adapters. The provided cable will only charge when the end marked with ‘G’ is plugged into the adapter.
We recommend using an adapter suitable for small devices, for instance a phone adapter. If you’re using a supercharger and the device isn’t accepting the charge, please try using a lower powered adapter. When your BagID is charging, the LED indicator will be red.
Charging will be automatically cut off after approximately 6 hours. If you need to continue charging your BagID, please unplug and replug the charger.
When the device reaches full charge, the LED indicator will turn green.
