If you have purchased a subscription but do not have access to premium features in the app this could be due to several reasons.
- You have used a different email in the BagID app than the one used to purchase the subscription.

To resolve the issue, ensure that you log in or create a user with the same email address as the one you used to purchase and register the subscription.
You should then have access to all features. You can check the order confirmation to see which email you used to purchase the subscription.

- You are a family member in a Premium Family subscription and your user has not been activated yet.
- You will receive an email from us if you have been added as a family member to a subscription.
