The BagID was rejected at the airport check-in

Employees of our partner companies are informed about our product and how to handle passengers who do not have the traditional baggage tag. However, it may happen that you encounter individuals who are not familiar with our product.

If you experience that your BagID is rejected by the staff or encounter similar incidents, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@bagid.no.

Please include the following in your message: 

  • Flight number:
  • Departure airport: 
  • Flight time and date of flight:
  • A description of the incident:
  • Any other relevant information:

We appreciate your understanding in such matters and will of course follow up on your inquiry with the airports and relevant airlines.

If you are asked at the airport whether your BagID complies with regulations surrounding battery, you can open the BagID-app and show the following:

  1. Open the BagID-app
  2. Go to "More"
  3. Tap on "Regulations compliance"

Here, you will find information about the battery and that our product complies with FAA and IATA regulations.
