Factory reset
Click the right button five times quickly, then press the left button three times. The command needs to be executed rapidly to function. As the buttons are heavy and might feel slightly difficult to press, you may need to attempt this a few times.
Adding and pairing your BagID with your phone

Adding and transferring an image to the BagID display
Open your BagID app and navigate to 'BagIDs' in the menu. Select your BagID and scroll down until you find 'Add new image.' There are several images to choose from. Personalize it by adding your name and phone number. The image transfer may take a few minutes. You can refer to this guide to remove your bag tag from the display.

Factory reset Apple Find My
This command can be executed if you encounter issues with the Apple Find My functionality on your BagID 2 for Apple. Press and hold the left button for at least 10 seconds (count slowly). While continuing to hold the left button, click the right button three times.
How to add your BagID to Apple Find My
This video shows you how you can activate tracking on your BagID 2 for Apple. If you skip this step, you will not be able to add your BagID 2 in the Find My app. Press and hold the left button for at least 10 seconds (count slowly). While still holding the left button, click the right button once.
How to add your BagID to Samsung SmartThings Find
This video guide demonstrates how to set up tracking for your BagID 2 for Samsung. Begin by activating the tracking functionality, then open the SmartThings Find app on your phone and add the BagID.

This command can be executed if you encounter issues with the SmartThings Find functionality on your BagID 2 for Samsung. Start by clicking the left button three times (a reboot). Hold the right button until the red light stops blinking.
Mounting the attachment case to your suitcase
