Make sure your BagID is charged, that you have activated Bluetooth (press once on the left button) on your BagID and that it is close to your phone. If you have ensured all of this and still receive the error message, please try the following:
- Remove the BagID from the BagID app
- Close the BagID app
- Turn your phone off and on again
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone
- Reboot the BagID (three clicks on the left button)
- Add the BagID to the BagID app again
